If you are a passionate and experienced senior residential children's home worker we might be the employer for you.

**The Role**:Is to support the Registered Manager in providing a high quality, safe, nurturing and caring home which has high aspirations for children in a health care home. You’ll help with the day to day needs and activities of the young people whilst providing them with life skills and great memories

**Job Hours**

40 hours per week. The home is staffed 24/7; shifts, including sleepovers will be worked as part of a rota and may include days, evenings, sleepovers, waking nights and Bank Holidays.

**Essential Requirements**:

- A minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Residential Child Care or relevant equivalent
- A Level 5 in Leadership and Management (or working towards)
- A driving licence and access to a vehicle.
- Previous experience of working in a children’s home.
- Flexibility
