The Lincs & Notts Air Ambulance (LNAA) provides lifesaving critical care to the communities of Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire, funded by public donations. If somebody is involved in a serious incident or suddenly taken ill, speed and time are of the essence. Giving a patient the best chance of survival, our Air Ambulance crew effectively take the A&E department to the scene of the emergency.

**Job Role**
**- **Motivate and facilitate our wonderful supporters to maximise the funds they raise.
- Inspire new supporters to raise money, while maintaining and developing relationships with existing supporters always ensuring they receive the best possible supporter experience
- To maximise the ethical and sustainable generation of funds for the Charity through proactively developing community fundraising across Lincolnshire & Nottinghamshire in line with the current strategy.
- To work as a part of the wider Fundraising team, contribute to our shared team goals and income targets.

**This role is for an 18 month fixed term contract for a maternity cover.**

**Tasks & Duties**
- Work with the Community Fundraising Manager and team to develop and implement a Community Fundraising Plan, delivering on specific fundraising projects and campaigns in line with the organisational strategy
- To engage with, motivate, inspire, and support our amazing supporters, potential supporters, volunteers, and donors
- Support fundraisers both offline and online to maximise fundraising, increase engagement, and ensure a fantastic supporter experience
- Provide high quality supporter care and engagement throughout all forms of communication and interaction with supporters to ensure they feel fully valued by the charity and ensure all relationships are maximised to their full potential.
- Work in conjunction with the Community Fundraising Manager to develop and deliver the annual community fundraising budget (income and expenditure). Report on income and take proactive steps to address any shortfalls/overspends and to capitalise on opportunities, to ensure the team achieves budget.
- To achieve personal objectives and KPIs that deliver income from existing and new sources and contribute to achieving targets and KPIs across the rest of the charity.
- Work alongside the Community Fundraising Manager and provide a monthly report reviewing income, variances, and trends within your areas of income generation against agreed targets and make recommendations/ take action for any activity that is under or over performing in a timely manner.
- Act as an Ambassador for LNAA; identifying and stewarding key stakeholders, existing and new supporters.
- Co-ordinate and respond to requests to attend various fundraising events, cheque presentations, and speaking engagements. This may involve frequent evening, weekend, and Bank Holiday work
- Take responsibility for accurately updating and recording supporter records using the Charity’s CRM database and use the database to assist developing the team and organisational strategy and budgeting.
- Ensure you adhere to GDPR rules and that all other appropriate regulatory and legislative guidelines comply with current legislation in relation to communicating with supporters and data protection.
- Ensure all Community Fundraising activity is safe, legal, and compliant, following necessary Fundraising Regulator and Health & Safety guidance and policy.
- In conjunction with the Community Fundraising Manager, complete Health & Safety records set out by the Charity and complete risk assessments for all activities, following the procedures in place.
- Work effectively and efficiently to ensure monies are banked, proper records kept, and details passed to the Supporter Engagement Team in a timely manner.
- Work closely with the Fundraising Volunteer Team, to share opportunities and assist with the training of new volunteers for all community activities including attending events, giving presentations, and arranging collections.
- Work closely with the Communications and Marketing team to develop appropriate marketing plans to maximise on all Community Fundraising income
