Aster has created a dedicated environment ‘Greenhouse’ that will look to provide the tools and skills for new ideas to be explored, it will help us to innovate and find new ways of working that can make a real difference to our colleagues and customers.

As the Greenhouse Innovation Lead, you will be responsible for identifying, planning, tracking and reporting on the benefits status of the Greenhouse Innovation projects independently or using the triage process of Aster’s Transformation programme.

You’ll be responsible for providing support to Programme Delivery Leads to ensure effective management and delivery of Greenhouse projects.

You will work collaboratively with Directors to establish the planning and prioritisation approach to our programme or work, embedding a Greenhouse approach where appropriate.

You will inspire colleagues and customers through coaching and engagements, helping business areas across Aster to achieve excellent outcomes for improvement journeys.

**About you**

Your career to date will demonstrate experience in identifying and collecting data that supports innovation and transformational projects. Taking concepts from ideas through to reality, understanding the challenges of doing so and the benefits and outcomes that are achieved.

You’ll have demonstrable experience of benefits realisation, including monitoring and management across a large complex organisation.

You will naturally be a people person and will understand the value in working collaboratively to innovate in a solution focussed way. Your people skills will help you to engage, guide and influence senior colleagues within their area of responsibility.

You’ll have a proven track record in service improvement/transformation operating at a senior level.

You will also be able to demonstrate significant experience of working across services within multidisciplinary teams; managing projects and teams outside of direct line management.

Our operating region is Hampshire, Wiltshire, Dorset, Somerset, Devon, Cornwall and London. From time to time you may attend face to face meetings in one of our HUB offices, so being happy to travel is a requirement of the role.
