**About the role**
We're excited to offer a new digital marketing assistant role within a growing team at Andover Mind. The purpose of the role is primarily to support the comms and marketing manager with a broad range of activities, with an emphasis on digital content.

We are looking for someone with creative flair and first class copywriting skills, to take the lead in developing our social plan, producing high quality imagery and video content in order to grow engagement. This role demands a high level of attention to detail and a technical understanding of digital marketing and social media, trends, algorithms etc, as well as the tools and software needed to achieve the desired results. The ability to record and report on progress and analytics, making suggestions for improvement is vital.

**Job summary**
Reporting directly to the communications and marketing manager, the marketing assistant will be involved in a variety of activities relevant to the department, with a focus on digital delivery.

You will play an important part in planning and producing innovative digital content designed to engage our target audience, increase awareness of Andover
Mind, promote our services and help break down the stigma of mental health.
