Our new Edge Home app team is looking for a Product Owner. This is an exciting opportunity to join an innovative, digital team that is focused on making owning and buying a home simple & stress-free for our customers.

As a Product Owner, you will play a key role in shaping the Edge Home proposition, utilising My Home Manager services, and ensuring we continue to deliver a market-leading app. You will be responsible for leading an Agile squad working with a software development team to deliver the strategic roadmap for Edge Home.

**The difference you’ll make**:

- Articulating the vision and advocating the teams’ priorities ensuring they can follow a clear roadmap of activities across the product development lifecycle
- Working with stakeholders and other Product Owner’s/squads on the MAX programme to drive this key initiative through to delivery
- Balancing continuous new feature development & developing the product/proposition whilst also working to improve operational, IT and security processes
- Driving key initiatives through to delivery, facilitating working groups, preparing reports, and presenting to senior management and meetings, as appropriate
- Leading discovery of app features, that deliver customer and business value, whilst working closely with UX to deliver a first-class digital experience

**What you’ll bring**:

- Previous experience relevant to this role together with evidence of delivering a roadmap using agile methodology / principles of build, measure, learn
- Expertise of working with a technical team in prioritisation of a backlog to deliver against a projects vision, roadmap and key performance metrics

**It would also be nice for you to have**:

- Excellent communication skills with proven stakeholder management - ability to influence at all levels to facilitate cross-functional working across a wide range of stakeholders
- A good working understanding of agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence
- Proven analytical and problem analysis skills - able to draw meaningful conclusions from data and use to present business cases and demonstrate success through key metrics.
- Experience of working within UK banking segment / financial services

This 24 - month Fixed Term role is based in Unity Place - Milton Keynes and our current expectation is at least 2 days in an office every week.

**How we’ll reward you.**

As well as a competitive salary, you’ll enjoy a benefits package that you can tailor to your needs. For part-time / contract roles, your salary, bonus (where eligible) and certain benefits will be prorated to reflect your working hours / contract duration.
- We put 8% of salary into your pension, even if you don’t contribute yourself. We’ll pay in up to 12.5% of salary, if you contribute as well, and you can take some of our contribution in cash if you prefer.
- 30 days’ holiday plus bank holidays, which increases to 31 days after 5yrs service, with the option to purchase up to 5 contractual days per year.
- £6,000 car allowance per year
- Company funded individual private medical insurance.
- Voluntary healthcare benefits at discounted rates such as private medical insurance for your family, dental insurance, and health assessments.
