A great opportunity for a defined contributor within the IT Delivery T&O area. It will be part of the CIO Enterprise Services area and will lead the Cloud Technical Solutions and implementation for different IT Finance products.

You be part of the Enterprise Services Programmes which have both permanent and contingency employees who work on the maintain and change of IT products.

The team is responsible for IT deliverables following the T&O Santander methodologies.

This role will provide a forward-looking view of the use of Cloud technology in the Finance area.

**The difference you’ll make**
- Leading the strategy of the Cloud Technical Solutions for different IT products within Finance CIO.
- Implementing Cloud solutions within Finance CIO
- Creating technical documentation and technical analysis for different systems, data and processes.
- Managing and supporting the impacts of any regulatory requests and liaise with key internal stakeholders / teams to deliver the requirements.
- Supporting the implementation of any local changes resulting from regulatory developments or audit points.
- Producing and presenting updates at different committees at different levels.

**What you’ll bring**
- Strong understanding of AWS services (EMR, EC2, S3, etc)
- Strong ETL, Spark and Analytical SQL knowledge
- Knowledge in financial services ideally combining Regulatory reporting, Risk models and/or Finance accounting.
- Able to build rapport and establish immediate credibility at the most senior levels.

**It would also be nice for you to have**
- Good understanding of CI/CD and their associated practices
- Ability to build collaborative relationships across the business, diplomacy, customer focus.
- Well organised - prioritise work effectively and able to present at different levels.
- Team player and able to both coordinate and add value to the project team. Solution-driven and proactive way of working
