Recruiting Children's Therapeutic Residential Support Workers for our 5-bedded Therapeutic Residential Children's Home in Walsall.

**Would you describe yourself as being experienced in Children's Residential Care and supporting young people with complex needs between the ages of 8 to 18? Would you describe yourself as ambitious and keen to have a career in children's residential care?**

**We are recruiting** a passionate and caring staffing team who are fully committed to **addressing behavioural challenges** and ensuring positive outcomes. **Our staffing team will be vastly experienced **in caring for children and young people with complex needs and will be fully attuned to their individual requirements. **Staff will work consistently as a team** to support young people to make positive progress. **Our whole staffing team **will work tirelessly to ensure that we make a positive impact on their lives. We will work hard to ensure that we provide a home and a life that is full of opportunities to **support young people to thrive** whilst in our care, but also when they move onto independent living or they return home to live with family.

**Hours and Rota**:

- 3-week rolling rota
- 1 day on, 2 days off
- Sleep-in shifts are part of the role (included in the salary)
- **Pay: £31,820.00** per year starting salary **RISING** to **£33,140.00** (after six-month probationary period)

- **Driving license preferred**:

- **Qualification**: (level 3/4 Diploma in children's residential care preferred)
