**The role**

Reporting to our Senior Property Consultant you will be responsible for supporting the Property Consultants on a day-to-day basis with all viewing activities and also general enquiries as well as managing the main Resales Enquiry Mailbox. You will be instrumental in supporting market appraisals, instructions, and sales in line with monthly and quarterly targets obtaining the maximum possible price for every sale.

Our Viewings & Enquiries Co-Ordinators liaise with vendors and potential purchasers with all aspects of viewing properties and dealing with any general enquiries; setting appointments for viewings to ensure all parties are fully informed about what is required of them and by when. They take all calls relating to viewings requested by potential buyers, book appointments and confirm with all parties. They are responsible for contacting the viewers the following day to gain feedback and promptly reporting this information back to the seller.

The role will be based at our Head Office in Bournemouth.
