As a Regulatory Business Analyst, within the Regulatory Reporting Team you will be responsible for production of weekly and monthly regulatory management business reports that should be delivered on time, accurate and complete. You will also develop your knowledge in regulatory reporting frameworks and be part of the team that delivers on our regulatory reporting commitments.

  Job responsibilities

Manages daily stand-up meetings capturing and reporting on key performance indicators and delivering key business reports for regulatory Banking Ops team Creates reporting framework that allows for the creation and timely production of weekly and monthly business reports Works with key stakeholders on the creation of our statistical and business reporting that delivers and provides and overall view of performance Accounts for the delivery of monthly business reporting in line with management expectations and timeliness expected Exhibits knowledge and understanding of the regulatory environment, and their implication to Banking Operations Partners various initiatives with local and regional key stakeholders in order to deliver a set of management reports that clearly provide an overall view of our accomplishments and achievements Assists regulatory reporting team in the execution and production of our daily / weekly regulatory reporting Works with ops on regulatory reporting to ensure accuracy, completeness and timeliness of the regulatory reports. Implement tactical controls and drives automation and other improvement opportunities

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

A deep background in banking products and a strong understanding of markets and the regulatory environment  Willingness to take ownership and accountability to deliver business goals – execution to achieve specific desired results  Proven ability to use appropriate methods and a flexible interpersonal style to partner with local, regional and global teams  Proven ability to identify opportunities and promptly initiate action and escalate potential risks to minimize loss Strong commitment to providing high standards of controls and compliance Adaptability in maintaining standards and adjusting effectively to operate within new work structures, processes or requirements Ability to effectively address and manage conflicts Ability to communicate pro-actively and openly with internal and external business partners – to executive level Proven ability to implement and manage change across direct units as well as remote units.
