The Packing and Logistics team are an integral part of Echo House, as all outgoing projects are filtered through the team before being dispatched for install.

The role of the Logistics Administrator is to support the running of Echo’s storage facilities. You will also assist the Logistics and Packing Manager with day to day Admin support including weekly timesheets for the department, and other ad hoc tasks.

**Main Duties AND Responsibilities**:
**UNIVERSAL**

colleagues, clients and suppliers alike.

- In depth training is provided as a core part of all new starters’ induction. In addition, with such a nuanced and bespoke business, on-the-job learning remains the single most effective way to learn what we do and how we do it.

**CORE KNOWLEDGE BASE**
- Good Excel and MS Office knowledge and practical experience.
- Experience within logistics (Desirable)
- Warehouse experience (Desirable)

**CORE AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY**
- Management of storage database
- Main point of contact between storage and Project Team.

**MAIN DUTIES**:

- To work with the Warehouse Manager in receiving and filtering all Storage related requests.
- Communication across Echo teams regarding storage In/Outs.
- Data retrieval for storage summary
- Amend storage spreadsheet using booking form.
- Allocate picture to relevant assets.
- Manage and run mass uploads on Wasp (Warehouse Management software)
- To assist the Head of Packing and Logistics with various administrative tasks including weekly timesheets.
- Booking in?
- Scheduling arrivals and de rigs/managing a storage diary.
- Liaising with Project Team to ensure that items in temporary storage and shipped or disposed of
- Organising recycling of derig materials?
- Assist with booking drivers?
