As the complaint's investigation Officer, you will be able to demonstrate the following:
**Job Description**:
- Experience in managing a wide range of complaints using a formal process
- An excellent communicator who can build solid relationships with both customers and working with in-house teams to resolve issues
- Possess a strong and resilient nature but with a personable approach
- Ability to interpret customer experiences to continually improve the Business model
- A team player who thrives on providing excellent service to customers
- Fully proficient with all Microsoft packages
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills
- 25 days holiday - these increases with each year of service and are capped at 30 days
- Career progression within the company

Hours: 37 Hours Per Week
**Salary**: £26,780 Per Annum
