**Full time, Office based 9am - 5pm**
**Responsibilities**:
- Calling residents to book in appointments and planning operatives diaries.
Good geographical knowledge of London and surrounding areas to best plan engineers.
- Make bookings and update work database, resourcing and tracking systems.
- Producing Reports from monthly figures.
- Dealing with timesheets, invoices and keeping up to date office and site diaries.
- Perform various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office.
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Manage and organise office files, documents, and records ordering materials.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Be proactive in your learning and development.
**Experience needed**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills alongside etiquette phone manner.
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures, Office365 and Sharepoint.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Strong computer skills with the ability to type accurately and efficiently.
- Previous experience in an office support, engineer scheduler or service coordinator role preferred.
