**Summary of role**
To ensure all general office administration tasks including Operations, HR, IT / Social Media, etc. are managed effectively to enable the smooth running of office operations.

- Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and making travel arrangements.
- Assist with HR functions such as onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and coordinating employee events.
- Utilize various software systems such as BrightHR, and Access People Planner for data entry and reporting purposes.
- Ensuring all clients and care worker documentation and electronic records are kept up to date
- Manage social media accounts and assist with social media content creation and scheduling
- Creating and maintaining Employee Records Database
- Enrolling new starters and managing the dedicated company training portal.
- To work closely with the Field Care Supervisors to manage referrals and start new care packages efficiently and in a timely manner
- Processing new client referrals and putting them on the system.
- Setting up and maintaining care worker and client office files and ensuring that they are always up to date

- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with HR processes and systems such as BrightHR or similar HRIS platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines

Highly organized, Excellent Timekeeping, Proficiency in MS Office Packages (MS Excel, Power Point, MS Outlook and Access DB in particular), Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Can work under pressure.
**Salary**: £21,317.00-£22,760.00 per year
