Job Summary:
Handl.ai is a fast-growing software company that provides cutting-edge conversational AI solutions to businesses across various industries. We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Sales Executive who can drive revenue growth by acquiring new enterprise clients and expanding our current client base. As an Enterprise Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing enterprise-level deals, developing relationships with key decision-makers, and building a strong pipeline of opportunities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new enterprise-level clients through various channels, including cold outreach, referrals, and networking
- Develop a deep understanding of clients' needs, challenges, and goals to propose tailored solutions that meet their business objectives
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to create sales materials and presentations that effectively communicate Handl.ai's value proposition

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives, business leaders, and influencers
- Develop and execute a strategic account plan for each assigned client, including account mapping, stakeholder identification, and revenue forecasting
- Work closely with the Customer Success team to ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation and ensure client satisfaction
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets £1 mln ACV, and accurately forecast revenue

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise-level sales, preferably in the software industry
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing large deals
- Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles and the ability to navigate complex sales processes
- Experience building relationships with C-suite executives and other key stakeholders
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience using CRM tools, such as Salesforce, to manage the sales process

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £48,000.00 per year
