**Sales and Estimating Administrator**

**Location**: Worcester

**Overview**:
Our Sales and Estimating Administrator will be responsible for executing the overall Support, Reporting, Collaboration and Compliance at our Worcestershire Head Office.

With exceptional attention to detail, you, as a Sales and Estimating Administrator, will act as a central function of the Sales and Estimating team at Compco Fire Systems. Together, we can redefine what’s possible for the future of the Fire Protection Industry.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Preparing and submitting Accurate and Timely Estimates
- Maintaining Records of All Estimates, Contracts & Project-Related Documents
- General Upkeep of the Internal System Including Uploading of Client Details
- Organisation of Project Files for all Works Undertaken
- General Sales and Administration Support Including Scheduling Meetings and Managing Calendars

**What You’ll Need**:

- Proven Experience in a Similar Sales and Administration Role
- Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Exceptional Attention to Detail
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment

This is an office-based role and would require the successful Sales and Estimating Administrator to attend Monday-Friday at Cleeve House, Malvern Road, Worcester, WR2 4YX.
