Bluseal are an insulated and industrial door company based in Worcester.

We are currently looking for an Accounts Administrator to join our busy accounting department. We would be keen to talk to someone with accounting experience but for the right person with a conscientious approach this is not essential. Knowledge of accounting software would be an advantage but we will provide full training of our Officenet system. The role will mainly focus on the Purchase Ledger side of our accounts.

Job Duties
- Check and issue sales invoices to our customers via our Officenet accounting software system.
- Work closely with our Contracts team to ensure that all Sales Applications are up-to-date and accurate.
- Contact customers to chase payments as they fall due.
- Reconcile customer payments against the customer invoices on Officenet system.
- Create monthly payment lists of all monies due in.
- To have an awareness of Credit Control and update the Accounts Manager on the status of existing customers.
- Help keep our accounts system up to date, this will include clearing off customer payments, adding new customers and suppliers and updating customer/supplier details.
- Answering, screening, and redirecting phone calls.
- Chase up any invoice queries internally and externally.
- Check and issue customer proformas and invoices.
- General office administration duties such as ordering stationery, filing, etc.
