**Senior Finance Administrator - AAT Level 3/4**

**16 hours per week - Negotiable Days.**

**Purpose of the role**
- The job involves a variety of duties including the provision of administrative and financial support to the charity.
- Responsible for all accounting functions on a day to day basis and support to the Business Manager.

**Duties and responsibilities**
- Entering Purchase Invoices - allocation onto SAGE and payment.
- Bank Reconciliation.
- Create Client Invoices / Statements and Receipt of payments.
- Competent with Sage Accounts.
- Weekly Receipts - Banking, Cheques and Credit Card receipts.
- Month End Reports/Running Month End.
- Petty cash management.
- Expense claims.
- Credit control.
- Make online bank payments, such as HMRC/Pensions/Salary payments/Supplier payments.
- Log in of Donations/Grants/ Restricted and Unrestricted Funds received (for Fundraising purposes).
- General Finance Housekeeping.
- Electronic Filing and archiving of associated administration.
- Monthly check of HMRC / Pensions Accounts online.
- Maintain and process (for the purpose of raising Client Invoices) Client Daily Attendance Logs.
- Enter Weekly Client Attendance onto Worcestershire County Council Provider Portal. (Direction will be given).
