Finance Administrator

**The Role**
The Finance Administrator reports to the Operations Manager / Financial Controller and is part of a small business support team that plays a vital role in the smooth running of our UK based company. You will provide finance administration support to the Financial Controller and other members of our senior management team.
**Key Duties and Responsibilities**
- Daily cash posting to accounting system (Xero).
- Processing sales and purchase ledger invoices and producing accounts payables list on a weekly basis.
- Managing customer and supplier queries.
- Reconciling supplier statements.
- Scanning, filing, and logging account documents.
- Process monthly employee expenses.
- Ad hoc tasks as and when required.
**Technical Skill Requirements**
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with high levels of accuracy.
- Process driven approach
- Finance administration experience
- Strong IT skills including competency in excel and Xero.
- Ability to work with confidentiality and discretion.
