**Your new company and y our new role
**We are currently providing a rare opportunity to be fully trained and integrated into a 111 team, where you will undergo industry leading training and mentorship, whilst still enjoying the benefits of being employed on an agency basis. Your new rolewill be to answer 111 calls from the general public, then using your professional clinical knowledge you will provide immediate access to clinical advice on their condition or illness, and sign post to appropriate services.
**What you'll need to succeed**:

- Registered with an appropriate regulatory body (eg HCPC, NMC) with current valid registration (if you are returning to practice, please give us a call)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A high level of clinical reasoning
- Able to deal sensitively with distressing, emotional situations
