Key Responsibilities- Provide person-centered care and support to individuals with dementia

- Maintain accurate records and reports as required
- Previous experience working with clients with dementia in a care home setting
- Compassionate and non-judgmental approach to supporting individuals with dementia
- Medication Management certificate
- Nice to have MAPA/PMVA or CPI certificate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
