We are seeking an Associate Technical Consultant who will be instrumental in automating Professional Services projects and products. This role requires a strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for technology. Key responsibilities include:
**Responsibilities**:

- Communicating effectively about automation updates and requirements within the Professional Services Department.
- Designing, creating, and implementing Professional Services automation tools.
- Creating and managing Automation Quality Documentation.
- Managing Change Control for automation tools.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of automation tools versus manual processes.
- Delivering training on new and updated tools to ensure proper use and understanding within the team.
- Collaborating with Ideagen’s Technical Services and Technology departments to enhance automation systems supporting Professional Services.

Skills and Experience:

- Knowledge of why automation tools can add benefit, and an understanding of where they add complexity.
- Knowledge of Robotask, Selenium, Power Automate, Power BI
- Desirable - Basic Python, C# or.NET
