**About Our Client**:
**Customer Service and Order Processor (Temporary), Camberley**:
A leading company in their market, producing high quality products for retail and wholesale. This business operate from modern office, close to good transport links and have a good team based work culture.

**Customer Service and Order Processor (Temporary), Camberley**:

- Liaise between customers (B2B) and internal finance and customer service teams
- Process transactions on SAP and using Excel to (VLookUp / Pivots) levels
- To update Customer Fines/Claims Processing Manuals as necessary, ensuring that they reflect current operational terms at all times.
- To log invoice and transit fines, complaints, stock uplifts/returns and claims in a timely manner, and to investigate or escalate to the correct team (e.g. Logistics, Sales) so that these matters can be authorised for settlement or rejected. And to subsequently prepare credit note documentation or to communicate back to the customers any justifiably disputed claims.
- To escalate any potential delays or risks to order processing or related to fines, complaints etc. to the appropriate person/team within Evergreen.
- To work with the Credit Controller to manage accounts receivable, checking invoices are paid in accordance with agreed terms, ensuring that any delays to invoice payment are raised with the appropriate contact and resolution is achieved.
- To file and archive data, ensuring actions conform to agreed legal requirements.
- To continuously look for ways to improve processes and make time and cost efficiency's. Also, to work with customers and internal teams e.g. IT to implement these changes.

**The Successful Applicant**:

- Knowledge of EDI - electronic order management systems.
- Working within an order-processing/customer services department dealing with customers, both internal and external.
- Experience of AR and credit control is advantagous
- Working under pressure to tight deadlines with a meticulous eye for detail.
- SAP experience with focus on order management.

You will be available for an office based role and available at short notice for this 3 - 4 month project.

**What's on Offer**:
This role wiull pay circa £14 - £18 per hour dependant upon experience.

This role will last for 3 -4 months and you will be able to commit for this period.
