**ABOUT YOU**

You are relentlessly customer focussed with an ability to actively listen to their feedback, identifying opportunities for new products and features. You will need to be competent in business analysis and be able to distil new ideas and opportunities, with current product and feature sets. You will need to have a good market knowledge in order to identify competitive advantage, defining the jobs that our products need to offer. You will then need to be able to convert these requirements into products, features and user stories that will delight the end user, whilst being understood by technology teams to develop against.

You are relentlessly curious. You are driven by product excellence and strive to deliver beautiful products that solve user problems..

You love to learn and are self motivated to be an expert, constantly seeking ways to improve products and practices. You have great communication skills both verbal and written and are comfortable communicating directly with senior management.

And you love YouTube, watch a lot of Twitch, use Discord, and understand what’s happening in video games and entertainment and have an interest in the influencer marketing space.

**THE ROLE**

You will be working in our Product team, developing and managing Fourth Floor products delivering value to clients, creators and consumers.

You will need previous product development experience, and be competent in business analysis.

Experience in data and insight based projects would be an advantage.

And a deep understanding of agile scrum methodologies and an awareness of key technology principles.

You will use a wide array of research and analytical methods to better understand stakeholder needs, collaborating with key stakeholders in the business to deliver the right products.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Work with CEO and COO on product vision and strategy, aligning to company strategy and goals.
- Work with stakeholders to develop products Creator Hub into an industry recognised product that exists to help unlock their potential as creators.
- Communicate agreed product roadmaps to all stakeholders.
- Execute product roadmap as product lead, setting short, medium, and long term goals.
- Collaborate with internal business teams, technology and insight communicating product vision, setting goals, ensuring quality work, and that features meet desired success criteria.
- Attend sprint ceremonies.
- Provide management reporting as agreed including a weekly scorecard on product performance, roadmap delivery and customer service.
- Work with the Creative Director to make sure products fit with the overall company brand strategy.
- Understand the market and competitive set to ensure we develop industry leading products and services and anticipate client needs.
- Continuously improve knowledge of client and internal needs and wants, building value into products and services.
- Develop appropriate feedback loops from stakeholders to ensure product roadmaps are prioritised accordingly.
- Accountable for good product feature backlog management, including developing, explicitly communicating, and unblocking goals and backlog items, prioritising features, and ensuring roadmaps are transparent, up-to-date, and understood.
- Ensure clients, colleagues, stakeholders and customers receive excellent service for all faults, queries or feedback through monitoring of ticket logs, etc.
- Monitor product and service usage and feedback through analytics, usage logs, NPS, and UX testing to identify issues with products and make recommendations for remedying these to the product owner.
- Run and collate feedback sessions with current and future product users, gathering their requirements through appropriate means e.g. panels, NPS feedback, etc., to help us deliver on our goals through deep understanding of their needs, especially with creators.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum 3 years working in a similar role.
- Good understanding of the digital media landscape
- Ability to work under pressure and manage conflicting workloads
