**About the Role**

**Main Responsibilities**
- Identify sources of product changes and usage, including technology vendor roadmaps, admin consoles messages, blogs, release notes and other relevant sources.
- Monitor technology changes to develop a detailed understanding of forthcoming changes and new features.
- Aggregate change information for triage and collaboration with peers to determine impact and appropriate action.
- Build and manage the resources library to include roadmaps, videos, how-to’s, FAQs, tips and tricks, known issues and success stories.
- Collaborate with team governance and corporate communications to execute multi-channel enablement campaigns to drive technology adoption and build digital dexterity.
- Support the governance process by documenting decisions, release timelines and recommended actions.
- Refine the rollout process and recommend changes to make the process smoother and more effective. Coordinates closely with champions for enablement to drive adoption and ensure
- Act as an ambassador for the product internally and as the primary contact for queries related to the product.
- Solve product related problems, make decisions, complete trade-off analysis to stay on track towards business deliverable commitments.

**Governance and Key Relationships**

Key Relationships include corporate communications, organizational change management, learning and development, line of business leaders, IT colleagues, and technology vendors.

**About You**

**Experience and Qualifications**
- Experience with corporate communications, technical or editorial writing
- Working knowledge of enterprise IT services, technologies and processes
- Experience with organizational change management processes
- Deep understanding and experience with Agile methodologies.
- Knows how to define the product roadmap
