Our client is a specialist logistics company within the pharmaceutical, LifeSciences and Biotech industries operating in over 160 countries. The primary responsibility for this role is to improve the onboarding procedure, accelerate the learning process to establish competent new starters and support career long learning through theimplementation and management of the company learning platform.
- Have experience of working with digital learning platforms, ideally having led or played a key role in implementing and managing this type of system previously
- Be skilled with content curation and ongoing content management, building learning campaigns and signposting employers to relevant resources to drive engagement
- Be capable of building learning analytics, measuring engagement and impact of different learning interventions through platform data and other metrics
- Have excellent analytical skills that support your L&D expertise
- Use a consultative approach to build effective learning solutions
- Have excellent industry knowledge of L&D trends, practices and technologies
