We are currently looking for a **Female Care Worker (Enabling calls)** to join our team in **Cramlington **to help us make a real difference to our service users lives.
**The Role**:
As an **Enabling Care Worker**, you will provide crucial care and support to our service user in their own home, to assist them in all aspects of their daily life. Such as medication support, meal preparation, companionship, accompanying the service user for shopping or on outings and domestic support.
**Part-time**
**Set days & hours**
Thursdays, Saturdays & Sundays
Call times: 8am - 1pm

**If you’d like to join us, you’ll need to have**:
- To be considered for this role you must have a Full UK Driving Licence.
- Must be confident in driving a mobility van & be over the age of 30 for insurance purpose.
- Have the right to work or currently live in the UK.
- No experience is necessary as full training is provided.
- A caring and supportive nature
- The ability to work well in a team.
- Understand the importance of maintaining professional boundaries.
- Able to work under pressure and deal with challenging behaviours.

**Due to the nature of the role, Complete Community Home Care can only consider applicants aged 18 years and above, this is an occupational requirement and therefore is exempt from schedule 9 of the Equality Act 2010.**
