Do you have previous business administration experience and want to gain specialist industry knowledge within the Renewable Energy sector with a friendly and supportive company?
This company specialises in the production of biogas through the process of anaerobic digestion at a number of sites across Scotland and have been continuously expanding throughout recent years. They have 2 major sites currently under construction along theA96 corridor as well as others due to begin construction early this year, as well as plans to expand southwards into England.
In this role you will be working at one of the company's main Renewable Energy facilities to support Leadership & Operational staff. This will involve duties such as raising purchase orders, coordinating deliveries of goods/services to site and managing thesite's reception desk.
This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a growing company that is set to become one of the largest employers in the area with a role that comes with immediate development opportunities as well as longer-term career options.
The role:
- Working closely with Site Leader to provide organisational support where required
- Managing site's reception desk
- Coordinating deliveries of goods and services to site
- Raising purchase orders
- Ensuring new joiners have been properly inducted
The person:
- Previous experience in business administration
- Preferably educated to Highers level in relevant professional qualification
- Competent with Microsoft packages such as Excel
- Previous experience with Data Systems
