Customer Service Advisor

Find My Staff Ltd are recruiting Customer Service Agents on behalf of our client in Islington. The working hours are Monday - Friday from 9am-5pm.
Your duties required are:
- Providing exceptional customer service to customers
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns
- Assisting customers with account inquiries, transactions, and product information
- Analyzing customer needs
- Processing customer requests, including account updates and changes
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records in the database
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
**Skills**:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address customer concerns effectively
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and colleagues
