Are you looking to take your next steps in a HR Business Partnering role, working in a supportive, hands on and proactive HR team?

I am on the look out for HR Advisors / Junior HR Business Partners in the Gloucester area, to join an established team who provides a range of employee relations support to managers across the business. This team has responsibility for progressing areasof HR policy and practice so you will be given responsibility to take a strategic lead and the next step in your HR career.

I am looking to speak to HR professionals who have;
- Experience in an HR generalist or similar role, providing pro-active, solutions-focussed advice to managers and employees
- Significant experience of dealing with casework (grievance, capability, disciplinary etc)
- Evidence of playing a major role in the successful delivery of projects.
- Experience of developing and improving processes.
- Good understanding and working knowledge of employment law and good practice in human resource management.
- Able to see ‘the big picture’, provide high quality advice, identify options, make good judgements, and solve problems to meet objectives.
- Customer focused approach. Able to develop effective working relationships with colleagues across the organisation.
