HR People Support are an outsourced HR company based in Cheltenham, with a big heart for building relationships. We work closely to understand our clients to provide an excellent service, advising and guiding on all HR queries.
We have an exciting opportunity for an HR Advisor to join our small, friendly team. You will support our team of HR consultants, advising clients on a range of general HR related queries. No two days are the same and you will work on onboarding, probation, performance and absence management, training and investigations, as well as reviewing contracts, handbooks and policies to ensure they are fit for their purpose and legally compliant. You will also be involved in HR projects, audits and HR systems, with the accuracy to get it right first time.
**About you**
This is an broad advisory role and you will need general relevant experience of working in an HR role. You will have the desire to continue to learn as you progress your HR career, whilst gaining exposure to a diverse range of clients and industries. You will have an eye for detail, with excellent communication skills, a passion for supporting clients and a willingness to support the team.

We are based in modern offices with great facilities, including a cafe on site. This role is predominantly office based with the opportunity to visit clients and occasional hybrid working.
This can be a full time or part time opportunity but you will need to commit to a minimum of 22 hours per week with flexibility on hours/days worked. (Salary prorated for part time hours.)
