As the HR Business Partner you will work closely with key stakeholders and the wider HR team to develop, shape and deliver HR plans and solutions. recruitment and selection, on boarding, induction, performance management, and employee relations, talent management and succession planning and engagement and well being.
The right HR Business Partner will ideally be:
HR Business Partner with significant experience of providing support to stakeholders at all levels
Experience of developing and managing change projects and programmes
Champion Equity and Inclusion, therefore previous experience of promoting inclusive practices is essential.
Flexible, hybrid working with 2/3 days in the Cheltenham office. #
