We are ProjectiveGroup, a Financial Services Consultancy firm, experts in business, technology, and innovation consulting and change, exclusively focused on the financial industry, with multiple proven practices, including Data, Risk & Compliance, Payments, Transformation and Talent.

We are looking to hire a Financial Services Consultant with previous Insurance consulting experience to join our Transformation team as we continue to grow throughout London and Europe.

**What will you be doing?**

On a day-to-day basis as a Financial Services Consultant, you'll get involved in delivering complex finance client engagements, interacting directly with client stakeholders, and often owning specific deliverables on assignments.

The work you do will be all about helping financial organisations of all shapes and sizes work smarter and grow faster.

Passion, drive and learning are more important than technical skills; however, here is a list of what would make a good Financial Services Consultant at the Projective Group:

- We're looking for someone with previous banking experience as a Consultant in the financial services industry but with a focus on Insurance.
- Willing to get involved in other client Banking type engagements when needed.
- Skills in Business Analysts, Project or Delivery Management.
- Degree educated or equivalent.
- A project management certificate, Agile, Scrum, or Prince2 would be great (we have a massive training budget to help you). Bonus points
- A sense of humour is always a bonus; the teams are also very sociable and get together regularly.

This job will give you a fantastic opportunity to work across different sectors with a variety of people at all levels of seniority.
