**Organisational arrangements**
An opportunity has arisen to join Remedy’s fast growing and dynamic central function as the Head of People and Culture.
The post-holder will be responsible for driving home the values in our people and culture strategy across our interactions with employees and contractors alike and will be a key advocate for the workforce allowing us to develop and deliver people-centric processes and journeys.
You will be accountable to the Director of Operations and HR.
This is an opportunity for a people-focused HR professional to demonstrate real creativity and passion with their role.
**Work will include**
1. Collaborate to develop and implement our Culture Strategy
- Work with our Employee Communications and Marketing Teams to develop materials which promote our values and culture
- Develop the onboarding process to include key cultural “moments” and great experiences for new starters
- Deliver key messaging core to our values and culture and participate in the planning and delivery of Remedy People Events (Socials, Townhalls)
- Ensure a positive onboarding and induction experience for all new starters
2. Work with our ER partner to provide satisfactory ER Case Management
- Work with HR admin to resolve low level cases in house
- Refer any complex or high risk cases to our external ER partner
- Oversee their input into the process and track resolution of cases
3. Advocate and work with the business functions to secure best in class employee interactions and experience
- Work with business functions to define processes based on human centric design principles
- Champion the expansion of the core benefits package for employees demonstrating clear ROI for any additional products
4. Champion and further develop our employer brand as a leading employer in the Independent Sector Healthcare industry
- Work with out comms and marketing partners to actively promote Remedy via socials, LinkedIn etc
- Implement and promote the key differentiators that elevate Remedy as an employer of choice with our market
- Define key “moments” within the employee lifecycle where we can add value to the overall employee experience
5. Benchmark pay and benefits against comparable industry players to ensure we attract the best talent
6. Supervise the HR administrative function and vetting teams
7. Provide intelligent and insightful people metrics across the HR administrative and ER landscape

- IG Confidentiality and Security
In the course of work, you will have access to confidential information. This may include information about individual patients or staff or relate to suppliers or Trust business affairs. All staff have responsibility for the security of this information, which must be protected from loss, destruction, or unauthorised disclosure. Any unauthorised disclosure will be deemed unlawful and will be considered gross misconduct.

All new staff must receive mandatory Information Governance as part of their induction.
