**About the opportunity**

As a Procurement Administrator you will be responsible for conducting general administration for the Procurement team. This includes supplier onboarding checks, processing non-stock requisitions, and new part number validation and costing. You will also run regular reports and updates, populating standing data, deal with invoice queries relating to orders for manufacturing product requirements, and ensure supplier accreditations are current.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Processing requisitions
- Resolving invoice queries
- Enquiring about and pricing new products
- Running reports for spend analysis for Cat Managers
- Validating documents submitted for new suppliers

**Role Details**
- Salary: £22,000 per annum
- Role based: York, YO32
- Contract type: Permanent
- Annual leave: 25 days plus bank holidays

- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excel, Word and Powerpoint,
- Prior experience of ERP systems (e.g. SAP)
- GCSE Maths and English
- Strong analytical skills
