Performance and Planning Lead

**About this Role**
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Digital Planner/Buyer who can support with the creation of progressive social-first content to solve client challenges, then driving through to success. You must have a strong background in Digital media Planning/Buying, with a firm grasp of the wider digital media ecosystem. You’ll be an expert in ad tech, planning tools and digital measurement techniques, along with and ability to communicate your ideas succinctly and impactfully to internal teams and clients alike.
**What the opportunity looks like**
- You will collaborate closely with LAD’s experts in Client Solutions, Creative, Strategy, Data & Insight, Project Management, and Activation to pitch, produce and deliver partnerships that deliver memorable and highly effective outcomes for clients
- You will lead the charge on implementational planning; using the optimal combination of LADbible Groups deliverables across Owned Social Channels, Paid Social, our Owned and Operated websites, immersive capabilities and our influencer network, coupled with first-class targeting and measurement products to orchestrate plans that make us a first choice partner
- Since you orchestrate the plans, you will have a major say in how we activate, optimise and evaluate campaign performance. Working closely with the activation and measurement specialists you will inform measurement frameworks, creative decisions and capitalise on moments in culture to ensure first-class effectiveness is delivered at every level, as well as supporting with problem solving as is needed.
- You will even play an integral role in shaping our product, commercial and operational evolution as we continue to grow as a business.
**Skills and experience we’d like you to have**
- Have 6+ years in digital planning/buying or digital partnerships, with media agency background and hands-on activation experience preferred
- Have a track record of delivering effective, progressive work for clients
- Be highly proficient in data analysis and presentation
- A self-starting attitude and resourceful approach to work
- Shown an ability to explain and obtain buy-in for sophisticated / complex strategies, e.g.: driving & measuring performance outcomes, leveraging or working with client mandated ad-tech or emerging new technologies, etc
- Created effectiveness strategies for clients and knowledgeable in the latest measurement techniques
- Have experience of working collaboratively with other specialists: excelling in team cross-team communication
At LADbible Group we've rolled out blended working which means the majority of departments across the business (including London, Manchester and International offices) work in the office 3 days per week.
