The individuals may have the same needs, but they are not the same person. You will be a companion for that individual. They will be treated with a person-centered approach but treated with the same respect and dignity.
**Due to the nature of the work, applicants must have a full driving license and own a vehicle.**
**As a Care Assistant
- Support Worker You Will Get**:
- **Salary Starting at**: £12.00 per hour + 30p mileage + enhanced rate on bank holidays up to £15.45 per hour.
- A Bonus of £300 once probation is complete
- Afternoon Shift Pattern 4 pm to 10 pm 5 days a week with alternative weekends.
- We pay for your DBS
- Paid holidays minimum of 5.6 weeks annual leave per annum
- Inductions,training, and shadowing shifts are all paid
