Key Responsibilities
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
  • Assist with daily living tasks and personal care services
  • Participate in community-based activities and outings
Requirements
  • Certificate III/IV in Aged Care or Individual Support or equivalent qualification
  • Previous experience working with older adults or individuals with complex needs

The salary range for this position is approximately $29-$36 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
