Page Personnel are recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Assistant to join a business based in South Leeds.

**Client Details**

My client is a Medical Manufacturing business based in South Leeds and they are looking to appoint a new Purchase Ledger Assistant to the team. The role will be to assist in all aspects of the transnational process. This role will be office working 5 daysa week.

**Description**
- Obtaining/Posting/Reconciling expenses
- Processing of all purchase ledger invoices and querying discrepancies
- Reconciling purchase ledger statements and request copy invoices when necessary
- Opening new supplier accounts as per SOP03 requirements
- Accurately inputting purchase orders, ensuring requisitions have been authorises prior to processing
- Creation of monthly supplier payment run
- Management of Travel System and authorisation of transactions
- Collating personal mileage and distributing monthly advisory fuel rates
- Management of company motor fleet (Fuel Cards/TFL/MOT)
- Petty Cash reconciliation
- Processing of miscellaneous payments
- Processing of Service timesheets
- Processing of debit/credit card payments via SagePay
- Scanning and filing all relevant paperwork

**Profile**
- Purchase Ledger experience
- Sage 200 (or at a minimum Sage 50 knowledge)
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills

**Job Offer**
