**Purchase Ledger Assistant**
**Full time, permanent**

Elevation Accountancy & Finance are currently working with a large business based in the Leeds area as they look to appoint an experienced Purchase Ledger Assistant on a full time, permanent basis

You will report directly into the Purchase Ledger Manager and take responsibility for working within a team to process the invoicing of the business.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Process Invoices onto Sage 200 matching with purchase order’s and delivery notes
- Request and chase up approvals of invoices
- Follow controls ensuring proof of delivery/approvals are captured
- Reconcile statements, requesting documents where required
- Deal with supplier queries and escalate where necessary
- Experience of 2-way and 3-way match
- Sage 200 experience
- Prior construction experience
- Good organisation skills
- Good Attention to detail
