It’s an exciting time for Rank’s communications (comms) team We’re launching a new comms and engagement app in April 2024 to transform how we’re seen and heard by colleagues across the UK

Our revolutionary new comms app marks a transformative shift, moving us away from the conventional intranet model to embrace a more social media like tool. This platform will empower us to engage with colleagues through chats and multimedia, tailored specifically to each area of our business.

We’re seeking a Venues Internal Communications Executive to join our internal comms team, sitting within People & Culture (HR). You will play a pivotal role in supporting the development and implementation of comprehensive internal comms plans and campaigns, including the launch of our new comms app in 2024. You will craft messaging and content to effectively communicate to our people and ensure content is timely, relevant, and engaging for different audiences.

**Qualifications**
- You will be adept in digital communications and social media platforms, having proficiency in using software to enhance internal comms.
- Hold previous experience in delivering internal communications across a multi-site business.
- You should demonstrate a keen eye for detail, excellent writing and proofreading skills, and the ability to manage confidential information. Ideally, you should already have a background in comms and have strong project management abilities.
- You will have experience in creating and managing comms plans, engaging others during the delivery of significant change projects and be future focused, positive about new approaches and actively challenges the status quo.
