**Job Title**: Global Marketing Associate Director

**Location**: London (Hybrid)

**Contract Length**: 6 months

**Opportunity Overview**:
This role operates within Strategy and Transactions (SaT) in the Brand, Marketing and Communications team.
This role requires an experienced team player with a strong understanding of all of EY's service offerings and buyers in the context of the corporate finance, M&A and private equity marketplace. The role will be required to build and manage strong relationships and collaborate closely with other leaders within the Brand, Marketing and Communications (BMC) team, industry representatives as well as with relevant client-serving professionals

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Execute the marketing strategy and plan in consultation with the SaT BMC Leadership team, business stakeholders and collaboration with the BMC network and beyond to create impact in the market, reposition and strengthen our brand to drive business growth and perception.
- Continuously evaluate and adapt the programs to accelerate the market-leading position and brand recognition with business stakeholders; ultimately drive revenue with clients and prospects
- Work with the SaT Brand and Marketing Leader to create world-class BMC strategies that align with SaT business priorities to achieve strong business results and recognition with leading market influencers
- Act as the lead for the global thought leadership and deliver content for print and digital media; manage a team of high-quality internal and freelance copywriter resources to develop and produce written and visual content that is predictive and provocative and focused on market/ sector issues and trends and provide insights into client needs and attitudes
- Oversee independent research and the quality of work and services from EY data analytic teams and third parties (research organization)
- Manage relationships with third parties (writers, research organizations), including contract negotiation in collaboration with EY Procurement and Services
- Oversee and manage multiple work streams with a direct and virtual project team that span different ranks, competencies and functions(thought leadership development and creation, creative and design, data analytics, advertising campaigns, PR/media relations, social media, digital presence, relationship management with internal business stakeholders and external vendors), internal and external distribution and promotion of the created marketing materials
- Provide guidance to industry and area/regional marketing teams on content development and assist in the conceptual design of their individual program-based thought leadership, sharing best practices that enables them to leverage and maximize marketing opportunities and execute marketing strategies
- Build and manage relationship with other teams in the organization, including business development and client facing teams
- Contribute to and provide appropriate input to the development of other firm wide programs and support methods for driving innovation and change across the BMC organization
- Work closely with the SaT B&M Leader and the wider BMC team to develop and create impactful advertising and social media campaigns

**Requirements & Skills**:

- 8 to 10 year plus of experience
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent area of study or experience)
- Excellent communication abilities, which are required to connect the dots within the different marketing pillars, industrial and regional teams and beyond
- Knowledge of Capital Markets would be beneficial
- Experience in managing global programs, working in complex and demanding environments, strong project management skills and proficiency at effectively managing multiple, complex and time-sensitive initiatives simultaneously under pressure and to tight deadlines; Experience working as part of diverse and virtual high-performance teams
- Ability to influence and build collaborative relationships with challenging views and perspectives with business stakeholders
- Experience working with external and internal agencies/resources and research provider
