This senior level, high profile role is a wonderful opportunity for a curious and strategic marketing professional looking for somewhere to shine in order to gain exposure and recognition for future progression within the company. This is an essential role within the International function with the core focus of supporting the International agenda and developing the marketing strategy. As a result, we are looking for a top performer from another blue chip FMCG manufacturer - a visionary with leadership skills and strength in engaging with CMOs across multiple markets and functions (R&D, Innovation, Marketing etc).

Key role focus

  • Launching global product platforms.
  • Brand acceleration plans.
  • Taking a Local brand and making it Global.
  • Driving Global “movements”.
  • Scoping and delivering new market opportunities/white space.
  • Building Global Marketing academy and capabilities.
  • Developing Global brand ideas and the roll out programme.
  • Being the expert in FMCG consumer environment across different regions.
  • Acting as the support for markets and offering guidance and direction.

This person will initially be part of a very small, yet high profile team in a much larger organisation.

Key candidate must haves

  • A combined International and Local Markets profile - we are looking for someone strategic but also very commercial, activation orientated and hands on.
  • A curious and inquisitive nature.
  • A champion of the consumer.
  • A robust nature and true strength of character.
  • A natural and credible influencer and collaborator, particular to a very senior level.
  • Natural leadership.
