This exciting new position within the group’s central facility will provide the successful applicant the opportunity to play an important role in providing solutions to continue the on-going success of the Fred. Olsen Group.

This role requires a well organised, motivated individual. A team player with a passion for project management, someone who can thrive under pressure, communicate project updates to stakeholders and work towards delivering projects in a timely and efficient manner.
- Identify and assessing options for the implementation of new or improved business solutions and processes.
- How to present ideas and make recommendations to key decision makers.
- Gathering project requirements.
- The basic principles of project management, methodologies, and techniques.
- Managing multiple projects or tasks at the same time.
- Producing key project documentation for all phases of a project.
- Liaising with internal stakeholders as well as third party suppliers.
- Computer systems and IT infrastructure.

Reporting to the Lead Project Manager, but working closely with all businesses within the Group to define, establish and maintain project deliverables, you will be responsible for small, medium and large projects ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget and scope.

The post holder will be self-motivated and have excellent organisation skills. The role will require you to work as both a business analyst and a project manager to investigate, capture and work towards the delivery of various group wide projects.

This role may also include travel and working outside of normal office hours as required.

You should be able to:

- Work towards delivering projects within agreed timescales and budget.
- Assist in identifying and planning necessary change management activities to implement approved new or alternative business processes.
- Be commercially aware and understand the importance of systems within a business environment.
- Able to coordinate and attend meetings, compile reports and update departments with relevant meeting minutes.
- Work autonomously as well as part of a team.
