**Job description**: As the Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will play a very hands-on role in ensuring the highest standards of service and hospitality at the various food and beverage outlets in our castle. Working with a team in line with senior management’s vision you will supervise the food and beverage operations, lead a dedicated team while working side by side with them, and deliver exceptional experiences to our guests.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all aspects of food and beverage service including:

- Taking a hands-on approach, leading the food and beverage team, providing guidance, training, and supporting to ensure a cohesive and efficient operation.
- Bar inventory including ordering and inventory control.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining cleanliness, and adhering to food handling procedures.
- Opening and/or closing food and beverage outlets as needed.
- Monitoring guest satisfaction, addressing feedback.

This is a 7-day /week hospitality operation. As such, weekend and evening work will be required. It is expected that most shifts will be evening and/or weekends.

**To be considered, the following criteria need to be met**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in food and beverage supervision
- Passion for delivering outstanding culinary experiences
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required;
- Have a safety-first mind set.
