We are currently seeking a dedicated Kitchen Porter to join our team in a bustling restaurant environment. The role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic culinary team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the kitchen staff in food preparation and cooking tasks
  • Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area
  • Washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
  • Ensuring the kitchen is wellstocked with clean pots, pans, and other essential items
  • Supporting the chefs and cooks as needed during busy service times
  • Adhering to health and safety regulations at all timesExperience:
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality or culinary industry is advantageous
  • Knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation processes is desirable
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced kitchen environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends
