Kitchen Porter

Overview:We are currently seeking a dedicated Kitchen Porter to join our team in a bustling restaurant environment. The role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic culinary team.

Responsibilities:

- Assisting the kitchen staff in food preparation and cooking tasks
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area
- Washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Ensuring the kitchen is well-stocked with clean pots, pans, and other essential items
- Supporting the chefs and cooks as needed during busy service times
- Adhering to health and safety regulations at all timesExperience:

- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality or culinary industry is advantageous
- Knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation processes is desirable
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends
