Our client is seeking an Administration Assistant to cover maternity leave at their premises in Leven, Fife. This is a contract role starting in March 2023 and lasting for approximately 6 months.

About your job as an Administration Assistant
Your new job in Leven, Fife will involve:

- Co-ordinating and processing the sales departments administration
- Recording and filing information accurately
- Taking customer orders and processing technical information relating to the jobs
- Other general administration tasks

Hours & pay:

- 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am to 4pm on a Friday
- Rate of pay is £10.50 p/h. You also receive pension contributions and holidays.

About you
- You will have general administration experience and be seeking new opportunities to enhance your existing skills with a market leading organisation.
- Attention to detail is essential due to the level of accuracy required
- You’ll receive full support and training on our client’s internal IT systems but you must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take ownership of your administration tasks to meet deadlines.Please note that we never send CV’s out without your prior consent.
