Glenburnie Care Home is a 23 bed care home situated in a quiet residential area in Leven. We are an independently owned Care Home, where providing a warm, friendly and supportive environment is at the core of our company ethos.

We are currently looking for a part-time administrative assistant to support our staff team. The hours are 25-30hrs over 5 days, to work around business requirements.

Previous experience preferred, experience in Excel, and Microsoft Office 365 is essential. Applicants should have a good telephone manner and a warm, welcoming approach to visitors. Whilst the role is administrative and based in the office in the Annexe building, applicants will be expected to integrate with the care home and establish a working relationship with our residents, their families and the staff team.

Own car essential due to the requirements of the role.

COVID-19 considerations:
We conduct regular testing of our staff and visitors, carried out within the care home and sent to the pharmaceutical laboratory. We have PPE stations throughout the home, with hand washing stations and hand sanitizing points throughout.
