**Location**: Remote

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the Implementation Support lead for the Adult Social Care Digital Transformation programme; including project management and coordination of all activities relating to the implementation of the programme deliverables.
- Support the Community Digital Health lead with the implementation of the complex programme of work, ensuring all controls are established and develop a clear programme delivery structure
- Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships, across multiple organisations, internally and externally, to ensure the programme content reflects the views and requirements of stakeholders across partner organisations and within the wider health and caresystem plans.
- Take a leading role in supporting project and programme communications, working closely with the communications team to:

- support the development (where appropriate), monitoring, implementation, and evaluation of communications plans for Digitising Social Care and other digital programmes
- develop and deliver regular updates for stakeholders (including but not limited to staff, providers, place-based partnerships) to keep them informed and to promote the digital team's reputation within the Black Country system - liaising with the communicationsteam to access the appropriate channels and ensure the production of high-quality supporting materials
- keep across developments within the digital programmes and proactively identify opportunities for promotion on the companies and partners' channels, supporting the communications team to develop news stories, case studies and other quality content
- identify potential reputational risks and issues and work with digital leadership and the media team to ensure appropriate mitigation is in place.
- To collaborate, develop and implement common project, programme management standards and associated tools and documentation, including project information systems, governance, benefits-led delivery planning, risk management and project reporting.
- To develop robust links with key programme and directorate stakeholders.
- To identify and manage key dependencies, both among organisational programmes and projects and on-going activities.
- To engage with all System stakeholders to identify and articulate the needs, ambition, and vision
- Support the development and implementation of plans which may involve providing and receiving highly complex, sensitive, and contentious information.
- Ensure that timely and accurate progress reports are made available as requested by the governance and assurance committees/meetings.
- Provide programme level advice, guidance, assurance, and challenge.
- Ensure plans are underpinned by clear measures and support the evaluation of progress on the achievement of the organisation's strategic objectives using insightful analysis, and where necessary advice on risks, mitigations, and opportunities to addresspotential slippage in plans.
- Assist the organisation in learning from its previous project experiences by identifying and communicating transferable lessons and encouraging best practice.
- Identify programme development issues and risks, escalating as appropriate using the organisational Risk Management Policy and identify mitigating actions where necessary.
- Support with the delivery of the programme communications and engagement strategy in partnership with the communications lead to ensure communication is embedded across the organisation.
- Develop and maintain a high level of communication skills which can be adapted to communicate with a range of local, regional, and national stakeholders, modifying the delivery style and content to a range of audiences.
- Facilitate workshops, focus groups and other formal and informal discussions with key stakeholders to inform the content of the strategy document and implementation approach.
- Communicate progress to diverse groups, such as patient representatives and system partners, using non-technical vocabulary, conveying sometimes contentious or complex information in a way that others can use and easily interpret.
- Employ effective use of interpersonal skills when dealing with emotive and reputational issues associated with the development and implementation of strategic plans.
- Demonstrate effective motivation and influencing skills to drive forward the strategy development programme, encouraging collaborative working throughout.
- Chair internal meetings as required, including project and work stream meetings, relating to the communication and engagement of the programme objectives and the associated changes.
- Enable and encourage others to suggest change, challenge tradition and share good practice.
- Build positive working relationships with colleagues across the Transformation team, as well as other corporate directorates and frontline operational teams.
