**Business Development ManagerPosition Overview**
- Maintain and develop our current key accounts
- Work with existing customers to identify any Value adding activities that will support and strengthen business partnerships
- Identify new targets that will sustainably support the growth objectives of the High-tech Industrial sector
- Effectively onboard new accounts and develop plans to create a dependent partnership
- Actively manage and take responsibility for the commercial arrangements with key accounts
- Work collaboratively with the Group Customer Success manager to identify continuous improvement activities
- Work with the Commercial Director to identify potential acquisition companies
- Develop an approach around a new 'incubation' sector focussed on renewables and Environment

**Business Development ManagerPosition Requirements**
- Previous experience in Sales Management / Business Development
- Background in Engineering / Industrial Sales / Key Account Management / Business Development
- Experienced in the use of ERP systems
- Must posses an understanding of CNC Machined parts
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office
- Full UK Driving licence and prepared to travel wit the role
- Based locally to Cambridge

**Business Development ManagerPosition Remuneration**
- Salary £50,000 - £55,000 DOE
- Full time Monday to Friday
- 28 Days holiday inclusive of public holidays
- Company Vehicle
- Pension
